He previously held key positions in Multi-National Companies: Senior Analyst for Nomura Securities, Head of Accounting in Advanced International Technology USA, Financial Controller for Toray Synthetics Factory Japan, Financial Controller for Watsons Hongkong, and Head of Division Finance and Accounting Kencana Internusa Finance subsidiary CIMB Niaga.

Immanuel received his Bachelor Degree of Science in Political Economics from Berkeley University of Berkeley California, USA.

Over the past three decades, he has held senior executive roles in diverse high-level business ventures in Indonesia, offering a diverse background shaped by his work, education, and personal experiences.

After completing his studies at USC in Los Angeles, George embarked on his career at Bank of America in Indonesia. In six years, he reached the noteworthy position of becoming the first Indonesian President Director for Bank Amerilease, a start-up venture by BofA in Indonesia. He later joined Bank Danamon, establishing Danamon Finance and leading them to an impressive third-place ranking in their industry within four years.
